Five years ago, on a beautiful Saturday
afternoon, the kind where you hate to be inside, two gentlemen,
sat next to each other during their mortgage broker pre-licensing
class. During the break, they began talking. And over the next two
days became friends.
It turns out they were very similar.
They both looked forward to becoming mortgage brokers to be able
to help others achieve the American Dream of home ownership.
They also had big goals for themselves;
because they knew that they were meant to be their own bosses. They
had worked for small companies and were tired of working to make

loves people. And the same clients have been coming back to him
again and again through the years, so they have become more like
friends than clients.
He doesn't have time to handle the
dozens of new clients that are referred to him every week so he
has his assistant handle that duty.
And he loves his life. He is so proud
that he has made all his dreams come true and is living a life most
people only dream of. He has a business that will make him money,
whether he is there or not.

works with people who want to work with him, and his clients trust
