Frequently Asked Questions
1. I had trouble downloading my order and/or bonuses,
what do I do?
You will receive an email and hour or so after your
place your order with all the download instructions and links to
download both the product you ordered and the bonuses. Please use
the link in this email. If you still have trouble or do not receive
this email, please use the form below and we will be happy to help
you.
2. It's been a couple days and I haven't received
my order yet?
We ship UPS Ground from Houston Texas. We use a fulfillment
company to ship our products and they usually take 3-4 days after
the order is placed to get it out the door. UPS takes another 4-5
days. So within 9 days of placing your order you should have it,
unless something special comes up like a holiday or a hurricane.
3. How do I return my order?
You can ship your order back to our office at the
address listed at the bottom of this page. Make sure that you are
within your guarantee time frame. Also, please do not send your
package back to us using the Post Office. Our postman is very lazy
and does not come upstairs to deliver packages. Instead he just
takes them to the post office saying that he tried to deliver several
times but no one was there. Then the package gets sent back to you
and it just takes a lot longer than it needs to. We get all packages
except for the ones sent through the post office.
4. I have a product I would like to market to you
customers.

We only recommend products we use ourselves.
5. My order got declined but there is nothing wrong
with my card.
Chances are you were declined because of an AVS mismatch.
This is a security feature used by credit card processors. This
means the address you listed is not the same address your bank has
on file as the address where you get your statements. You can order
again, using your statement address as your billing address and
it should work. If not, use the form below to let us know.
If you are ordering from outside the US, our
shopping cart is not enabled to accept international orders and
we will have to process your order manually. Some of our products
are only for the US market and we have set it up this way to protect
anyone from ordering something they cannot use.
