Free Mortgage Marketing Tips

What do commercial mortgage marketing, mortgage web site marketing, reverse mortgage marketing, US mortgage marketing, and subprime mortgage marketing all have in common?

They are all niches! And the fact that you want to specialize in one of these niches means that you are a very good mortgage marketer already. You understand that the most advanced complete mortgage marketing system you could develop will be much more successful if you focus on a tiny portion of the population instead of everyone at large.

For a list of some of the greatest mortgage marketing systems:click here.

So now let me give you some free mortgage marketing tips that will help you market to your particular niche. The actual marketing formula is the same regardless of the niche: commercial mortgage marketing, mortgage web site marketing, reverse mortgage marketing, US mortgage marketing, or subprime mortgage marketing.

Commercial Mortgage Marketing

First, find out who your niche is. For commercial mortgage marketing our target would be commercial developers and people who already own commercial properties. For reverse mortgage marketing, our target would be people in the age group that can apply for reverse mortgages. For subprime mortgage marketing, our target would be people will bad credit. For mortgage web site marketing our target is people already on the Internet looking for loans.

Second, we have to find where these people are and identity cost effective ways to reach them. We can find out commercial mortgage marketing targets by looking through the tax rolls, and we can contact them via mail. We can get names of contacts for reverse mortgage marketing, by using a list broker or searching through public records. We can also find them in the tax rolls because after a certain age, property taxes stop increasing. It's the law. So any property that is paying very low taxes is owned by a prospect. We can also find reverse mortgage marketing prospects by running lead generation ads in senior magazines like AARP or Modern Maturity. Subprime mortgage marketing targets can be found in public records and via a good list broker.

Reverse Mortgage Marketing

Third, we need to offer them something they want. What would a reverse mortgage marketing prospect be interested in? According to retirement surveys, the scariest thing for seniors is that they will run out of money before they die. This is a great point to make and it would be a great headline to an ad. "Attention Seniors: How to Guarantee That You Will Not Run Out Of Money Before You Run Out Of Time - Free Reports Shows You How" Or something similar. You would probably not want to mention running out of time. And then in the report you talk about how a reverse mortgage is the answer to their fears.

Subprime Mortgage Marketing

How about a subprime mortgage marketing prospect? What are their wants? What do they desire? A subprime mortgage marketing prospect might want a low interest loan to pay off some debts - if they already own a home. Or if they don't they might need a loan with a lower down payment. But that is what they need, not what they want. Why do they want to buy a house in the first place? Better schools for their children, security, piece of mind, to get away from loud, obnoxious neighbors? Subprime mortgage marketing prospects are no different from regular homebuyers, they just have special needs. So instead of talking about "Home Loans - bad credit ok" talk about "Own a home in the best school district in town even with bad credit."

You can use the same formula for commercial mortgage marketing, US mortgage marketing, and mortgage web site marketing

Direct Marketing Mortgage

Forth, after we identify them, what they want and offer it to them in a cost effective way, we follow-up continuously. By offering them what they wanted free, we have their contact info - name, address, email, etc. Direct marketing mortgage studies show that 80% of all sales are made after the 5th contact. That means that you cannot give up on the follow up. Contact your prospects again and again. If you are doing mortgage web site marketing, then this is free via email. Set up the prospects on an auto responder and let it do the work for you. If you need the name of a good company that we use for our auto responders visit: Recomended Vendors

Advanced Complete Mortgage Marketing System

Direct marketing mortgage studies also show that almost 50% of all loan prospects choose their lender based on a referral from someone they trust. Anyone wanting to set up an advanced complete mortgage marketing system of their own needs some way to generate referrals. Or you could just buy the most advanced complete mortgage marketing referral system available today and save yourself the time and trouble of having to do it yourself. "Doing business over the internet is difficult usually with no personal service, however, Kamrock Publishing provided the support and personal service which made this a gratifying experience.

I have no reservation in highly recommending the services of Kamrock Publishing. It is evident that you are committed to your customers and their satisfaction.

Thank you for going above and beyond the call of service and support."

Elijah Graham, Richmond VA

"I am glad that I was able to make the committment to your programs. For my sake, I do hope that not many bankers or brokers buy your systems though...it would make my job tougher to compete. I am the only mortgage banker/broker in my immediate area that truly defines "Amazing Service". Thanks a million.

Michael Locker, Duluth, MN

"Thank you so so much for sharing your experiences for all of us in the mortgage industry. I am a new loan officer, and by reading your materials I know that you have cut years off of my learning curve. All my education is going to come from you because I want to do it right the first time. Thank you for not forgetting where you came from and all the help you offer."
